Создайте себе WCA аккаунт, если вы новичок. Заполните все необходимые данные с указанием имени и фамилии с большой буквы. Новичкам необходимо взять с собой документ или его копию на соревнования, чтобы получить бейдж.

Если ваша регистрация не была принята в течение нескольких дней, возможно, с ней что-то не так. В этом случае проверьте почту, есть ли сообщение от организаторов. Взнос необходимо оплатить до соревнований. Ваша заявка будет удалена, если в течение 48 часов после ее подачи не будет произведена оплата регистрационного взноса.

Стоимость участия в соревнованиях 100 грн. Оплатить можно на карту ПриватБанка: 4149629384776357, укажите в назначении платежа, за каких участников производите оплату. После оплаты вышлите скриншот платежа на почту sergey.mormul@gmail.com. При возникновении проблем с оплатой свяжитесь с организатором.

Если лимит участников будет достигнут, мы откроем список ожидания. Вы можете войти в него, подав заявку на соревнования и оплатив регистрационный взнос. Список ожидания работает по принципу — первый вошел, первый вышел. Участникам из списка ожидания, которым не достанется мест, взнос будет возвращен в полном размере перед соревнованиями. Последнее время формирования списка участников из списка ожидания 31 марта, 23:59 GMT+2.

Запросы на изменение дисциплин допускаются до 31 марта, 23:59 GMT+2.

If your registration is not accepted within a few days, probably there is something wrong with your registration. In this case please check your mailbox whether there is a letter from the organization team. You must to pay a registration fee beforehand.

If the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist opens. You can enter the waitlist by registering and paying the fee. Waitlist is first come, first serve. Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist will receive a full refund shortly before the event. The latest time to get off of the waitlist is March 31, 11:59 PM GMT+2.

Event changes requested before March 31, 23:59 GMT+2 will be honored.
